John Bendall earned his real estate license in November, 1986, because he thought about buying houses and fixing them up, just like everybody else in the mid-1980's. John soon learned the tricks of the trade from his coach, Dwight Hathaway of the Hathaway Agency. In 1991 John moved his business to Bridgewater.
With speed and agility, John learned the area, refined his skills and soon became a Major League agent. Within four years he grew his business from zero to helping over 300 families. To date in 2003 John and his team have helped over 800 families. With glowing testimonials and client referrals John and his team continue to exceed their clients expectations.
Adding to his success John consistently analyzes the market by looking at the percentages of sales of listings, sales to buyers and listings sold to his own buyers growing higher and higher. The percentage of referrals grows along with them.
"My strong points are my knowledge of the market, my track record and the added service I give my clients. Most importantly, John comes with an all-star team. "To give the five star quality service my clients deserve, I can't do it alone," admits John. "So I have a team of specilaits who allow me to continue doing what I do best: listing and selling properties."
"Client for life" is John's slogan. "Mere customer satisfaction is not good enough any more," said John. "All my team members share a commitment to customer enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is a notch above satisfaction. The Bendall Group creates this enthusiasm by exceeding customers' expectation in every interaction, including contract to closing and beyond."
One of real estate's biggest fans, John soaks up all the knowledge he can about every facet of the industry. His many credentials and affiliations with professional organizations are one way in which he gathers the news from the cutting edge of the market.
Season after season has been marked by victory for John Bendall and his team. They have the training, the talent and the ambition to stay on top of every game. With the birth of his "basic motivation for success," twins Caitlin and Justin, in 1993 John was given added inspiration to continue his streak of outstanding year-end records.
